A graduate of San Jose State University, earning a BS in Business with a Concentration in Small Business Finance. He received a California State Appraisal License in 2004 and became State Certified in 2007 and Certified General in 2022. Anthony obtained the highly regarded SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2014 after completing all educational requirements for both the MAI and SRA designations. He is the owner/operator of the full-service valuation firm, T. Haan & Associates, an Appraisal Group, Inc.

A seasoned veteran in the valuation profession, covering commercial properties of all types and scale. A graduate of California Polytechnic University, earning a BS in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. Mr. Weeks is a member of the International Right of Way Association, and an Associate Member of The Appraisal Institute. Appraising since 1982, Neal is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of California with a wealth of knowledge across all commercial real estate. He is the owner/operator of the full-service valuation firm, Weeks Group and consults on matters of commercial real estate with T. Haan & Associates.

A graduate of Cal State Dominguez Hills, earning a BS in Business. He received a California State Appraisal Trainee License in 2019 and became State Certified in 2022. Ryan is in the process of obtained the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute while operating an independent-fee valuation firm. Ryan consults on and provides specialize appraisal assistance on various assignments with T. Haan & Associates.

A graduate of California Polytechnic University, earning a BS in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. Josh was a member of Cal Poly’s Real Estate Club and was an active participant in booking local Real Estate professionals for club events. He received a California State Appraisal Trainee License in 2021 and is in the process of becoming State Certified. Josh currently provides valuation field and reporting services and consults on and provides specialize appraisal assistance on various residential assignments with T. Haan & Associates.

A Southern California native now residing in the greater Nashville Tennessee area with his family. Chris studied Business & Accounting at San Jose State University and has extensive experience working within Fortune 500 companies over the past 2 decades. Mr. Humphrey is a client manager and analyst for TH&A, successfully developing valuation networks and client base throughout Mid-Tennessee and the south. Chris consults on all matters valuation east of the Mississippi for TH&A.
